Refund Policy
No Refunds on Creative Services Once Delivered
Due to the nature of our offerings—custom-generated visuals, branded campaigns, and digital strategies—AIvertise India follows a strict no-refund policy once the final assets or deliverables have been shared with the client. Each service is uniquely tailored based on brand input, making it non-resellable or reusable. Clients are encouraged to review service scopes carefully before placing an order. Our team also provides previews and pre-approval steps where applicable to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Refund Eligibility for Uninitiated or Cancelled Projects
If a client requests cancellation before any substantial creative or technical work has begun, and if no resources or time have been committed by our team, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing charges. Such refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions and Resolution via Revisions
In case of dissatisfaction with the initial output, AIvertise India prioritizes revision and correction rather than monetary reimbursement. We offer up to a defined number of revisions (based on the package chosen) to align deliverables with client expectations. Refunds will not be granted solely on the basis of creative differences once the scope has been agreed upon. If a deliverable deviates substantially from the original brief, clients may request a formal review, after which an alternate resolution—not necessarily a refund—may be offered at the company’s discretion.
